Wheel Bearings and Axles

I have a 2014 Flagstaff MicroLite 21FBRS with the Dexter Tandem Axle. What I can't determine is whether I have the Standard wheel bearing configuration, the E-Z Lube option, or the Nev-R-Lube options. The provided manual addresses all three, but how do I tell which one I have?

It looks like you have the Easy Lube Axles and Nev-R Adjust Brakes. This is on the Forest River Micro Lite web site:
