Where to place jack?

I am going to have the tires on Flagstaff Classic Super Lite with AL-KO torsion axels replaced next week. AL-KO says not to place jack under axels. I can jack one wheel at a time using bottle jack under spindle support but I am concerned tire dealer will damage axel or frame using a floor jack. I would appreciate any advise about where to place jack.

Block of wood BETWEEN the axles on the 2x2 tubing ONLY, and it will lift both wheels at once. DO NOT LIFT ON THE SPINDLES OR AXLES.
