The RVTireSafety blog has a page that offers how to pick the best one. They're sponsored by Tire Minder, but they don't come out and recommend that one:
RV Tire Safety: What is the "Best" TPMS
Clarification. The blog is sponsored by Tire Traker TPMS. That happens to be the brand I bought before the blog got the sponsorship. I do not own the blog and have no say in who sponsors it.

I try and keep my posts company neutral. The post on BEST outlines the process of selecting a TPM that would be best for you as I do not believe that there is any TPM that is best in 100% of the possible applications.

I write a blog on RV tire application and safety.
Also give seminars on tires at RV events across the US. 40 years experience as tire design & quality engineer for major tire mfg. Freelander 23QB on Chevy chassis is my RV

I'm running the Tire Traker TT-400 on the TT and have OEM TPMS for the TV. No problems thus far...peace of mind for sure.
