Never seen a connector like that one. If they connected the brake wire from the TV to each wheel's hot brake wire, you'd have 3 wires, so it makes some sense.
Same for the ground if they tied the two wheel's ground wires to a 3rd that ran to ground somewhere. However, on my Roo, the two grounds had ring connectors which both went to a single screw onto the frame, there wasn't a separate ground wire back to the 7-pin. I haven't really checked out my Mini Lite, but I'd guess it's the same.
If you're handy, you could always solder the 3 wires together.
