Black tank flush sprayer leaks water

Does anyone have experience with replacing the sprayer that is attached to the tank? Mine leaks and I can't use it. My dealer says some of those were "roto-spun" and can't be replaced. Need to replace complete tank. Looks like an H of a job to replace the tank. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks!!

It leaks at the fitting that is flush with the tank. Appears the female fitting is cracked.

If you search on this forum, you’ll find people who have upgraded their black tank sprayer. That might be worth doing if you’re going to have to mess with it anyway. I just use a wand to wash ours out because I don’t trust the sprayer to do a good job.

aftermarket flush unit "Quickie Flush", ... easy to install, and works great, ... there is a similar aftermarket model called "Tornado", that rotates, but I've read several reviews where the complaint is that it freezes up and stops rotating, .... guess then you have a "Quickie Flush" by default, ...

Mine was leaking so I bought a new one to install. As I was about to remove the old one I noticed it is just like a hose connector at the bulk head fitting. Tightened it and it has not leaked since.
