Bubbles both inside and outside frame walls of 2006 31LE RK.

Looking at purchasing a used 2006 Cardinal 31 LE rear kitchen. When I did a walk around, I found that in one of the upper corner of the frame that supports the super-slide itself had a bubble in it. It's appears on both the inside and outside frame walls. When looking at it from the outside, the outside slide rubbers don't completely contact the slide because of this bulge. The inside frame wall has a bubble also but does not appear to hinder the side from running in or out.
Ideas.on what this bubble on both sides.of the frame wall are?
Is it a concern or what do we do to fix it?! Thanks!

Heck yes, sounds like delamination which is bad.
Maybe require replacing the whole wall, meaning the slideout may need to be removed.
