If you are asking about the connection where you connect the camp TV cable normally it is placed in the wet bay.

Hey, I have the same problem. Hooked cable connection to connector marked cable and get nothing. I haven't pulled the access panel yet, but I bet nothing on the backside. Otoh, satellite connection works fine.

If you are asking about an outside connection it should be in the street side front basement compartment, same one as where the spare tire is mounted. According to the video I watched, about the 4:37 mark.

Dylanfreak,
With this post and the one indicating you are having water problems, I'm wondering, did your dealer do a PDI/customer orientation with you on your brand new unit?

Many of these basic R/V 101 questions should have been covered during this procedure.

We had the rig delivered, coldest day of the year. We were told the pdi was done. Don't get me started. The cable is not in the wet bay. Have to look again when we're back. I'm starting to think FR forgot to install it. We only have 4 tvs in the unit, so I see how they could overlook it!!!!!!

Were you there for the PDI?
If not, there's no way you can know if the dealer did it.

Look in the water bay. On mine it's there upper right corner. There are 3 connections, sat, cable, aux. Take a black marker and color the raised words above each jack so you can read them.

I have a 2015 cardinal and the park cable connection is in the water bay area up near the top very close to the outside wall. actually a bit difficult to get to. if you find it and connect to it the next step is to turn off the antenna booster switch. don't know where that is on your model. then do a channel scan on each tv. hope this helps.

Crisis averted. They are in the wet bay. Blind man walkin'. Next issue was, no tvs pulled in cable. That's because it finally worked after the third try. Cable works on the AUX input. Wired wrong, just like our kitchen lights that operate the living room, and vice versa. Great quality control with mfg's. What a country....

If yours does not work, check the connections at the splitters. Mine were installed backward.

That seems to be a major issue with Forest River. They seem to connect satellite, cable and aux anyway they feel like and leave it to the buyer to figure it out.
