cardinal no warrenty coverage

I purchased a 2008 forest river 33 ft trailer from Beaudry RV in AZ. beaudry rv claimed chapter 11 this year. But my problem is with the manufacturer Forest River Inc.
I have a water leak in a interior wall. I asked a repair person to fix, he tried for 6 weeks to get a call back for authorization to repair. no call back from the company. My wife called for two weeks and finally got a reply from them after insisting. they messed around for several weeks saying the trailer was not registered by Beaudry RV.
after sending required papers 6 times buy fax and also over-nighting the papers to them they said finally said it was now registered. To date I have had 5 repair persons look a the unit. 4 said it was too large of a job. I took the unit where Forest River recommended and said I could get it fixed, they also declined the job and sent me on to another repair shop. that person also declined the job, saying he had been not paid or slow payments (8 months) by all manufactures on warranty work. I then called Forest River for their comment, they said they might (repeat might) be willing to haul the unit to Indiana for factory repairs 'if' his supervisor ok’ed it. but of course I would have to get a place to stay 'at my expense'. Since the trailer is my home. I would be out the money for whatever time it takes them to repair. Forest River said two to three weeks for repairs. ‘anyone believe that ? The trailer has gotten moldy and has wet floors and is a health hazard especially for my wife who has lung problems (copd). . Forest River also said these trailers are not for full timers, ‘odd that is not in their sales promotions’ I feel that they sold me a lemon. and are failing to stand behind their product and warranty . I want a replacement. I bought a new top of the line trailer and ended up with a leaking junker. I didn’t buy one that is patched and has mold growing inside, This is one of many other problems that need repair. Including the landing gear is under powered and you need a pocket full of fuses to operate.
If Forest River won’t repair and won’t authorized repairs what do buyers do?
My wife and I are retired and depend on this unit to live in at jobs to supplement our income.
I feel forest river is using double talk and dragging out the process hoping I’ll give up .
I have made a honest effort to work with them, but all that I get is more hurdles.

There is a lemon law on RV's. You may what to try Consumer Protection Agency. I hope you have kept records and all paper work with dates from day one. Good luck and let us know how things are going. Sorry to hear about your problems.
