Yeah,I'm kinda used to it by now. Worst part is that the wife and I are so used to having a queen sized bed to ourselves that the nights I don't work she tells me to sleep in the other room
Been with the same company for 25+ years, and this is way better than the stupid swing shifts we used to work. Best part is I can sleep the day before vacation and drive through the night and it's no hassle for me. Wife isn't too comfy sleeping in the truck
, but we get there early in the morning and it gives her a whole extra day! so as not to hijack this thread, another suggestion from some of my co-workers is to put aluminum foil on the windows
Guess you could use it the next day to make potatoes on the fire
