did i just find a rear view camera cable?

2015 cardinal model 3825 - it has a black box on up top on the rear that i was told is for a rear view camera. i haven't worried about it as all the posts say a wireless camera will not work well and to put a wired camera in would mean running a cable all through the trailer (at least 40 feet to get to the front). a couple of days ago i had to get into the from storage bay (the generator bay) and way in the back corner i found a coil of cable with an rca type plug on it. so this is not an electrical cable. is it a video cable from the rear camera housing? (if not what is it?) if it is a video cable from the rear camera has anybody actually installed a rear view camera using this cable? what type? could i mount the antenna inside the generator bay and would it work with a wireless monitor in the truck? that is only about 25 feet. again what camera / monitor did you use? does it work? where did you mount the antenna? thanks for letting me pick you brains.

We have a 3800FL Cardinal. In my storage bay are 2 cables coiled up for the TV we are going to put in. It also has a 110 volt single plug, also for the TV. You might check for that set up.
