Is there a website that is specific to FR for part? A friend of mine has a Montana and he had a blowout that torn up the side of his camper and tore of the J-Strut, he found a website that carries parts like j-strut, all he had to do was put in the year model and VIN. Does FR have anything close?

Yes I know it is a keystone product, it would be nice if there was one for FR I had to have my J-Strut custom made on my slide when I had a blowout where he just ordered it online and it matched up perfect to the OEM J-strut.

My experience is that Forest River requires the owner to go through a Forest River dealer. After losing a wheel and tire due to bearing failure, I called Cardinal they gave me the part numbers of the parts that I needed but said that I had to go through a dealer. They must have changed their policy because shortly after we purchased our Cardinal in 2007, I ordered parts directly from Cardinal to make some mods to the interior.
I have needed small parts for my Wildcat multiple times. I contacted the Wildcat warranty man(ager) who forwarded my request to the parts man(ager) who asked a couple of defining questions and sent me small parts (small, mind you - like LED reading lamp bulbs I could not find online [no numbers on bulbs] and some plastic window catches, etc. Try sending an email to your line's warranty person.
