I was wrong. The same problem happened again in the same spot even with Sri-air pellets. I'll probably replace again but with real wood.

The issue is what you have is not solid wood. It is vinyl on MDF or worse particle boards material. Moisture really expand either of these man made materials and you need to get real wood and stain and finish it to prevent this from happening again.

Direct same material replacement is futile!
