Thumbs up Great Customer Service

I was trying to do some research on needed parts for our 2008 Cardinal. The other night I wrote Terry at Cardinal asking for help. The next morning I was checking my e-mails and there was as e-mail from a supplier of Cardinal’s. I’m not sure what time Terry gets to work but he fired my e-mail alone with his support to the supplies and they got right back to me and said I would have the parts in 2-3 weeks. I had to slow them down, we are on the road and won’t be home until May to receive them.

Now that’s what I call great customer service. Terry I don’t know if you monitor this forum or not but the few times I’m needed help you have always been right there.

Thanks

It's sad that more companies don't support their customers. Cardinal has been the exception. On the other hand I've only talked with Terry, so I think it a combination of a good employee working for a supportive company.
