looking at a 3652 have ?

I am looking at a 2010 3652 nice coach but I wish it had dual pane windows because I will be spending a winter in new york. But i have a concern most new coaches have a foil barrier insulation above underbelly cover i know does not do much but this coach has batt insulation just laying on top of the metal under belly cover just worried about it getting wet from the road or a leak and mice getting in and making home any advice I can get the full body paint coach for 35k good deal
