Jim, what year is yours? Mines a 01 and so far I've not seen any cracks. I have read lots on the Lippert frame cracking over on the Cardinal Fourm.
Knock on wood I guess. Bought mine used and it had been all over the states, twice! lol
We are very happy with it, nice rig and not a thing wrong with it. jdadoug.
