That’s the way they did mine since new. The curved arch panels are painted same color as the rest of the coach.

What year is yours?

Agreed. I work for these membrane manufactures and none publish details like these. No horizontal termination of membrane, not standard practice. Does not provide positive drainage and allows water to pool and potentially wick. I will say though these same manufactures do provide warranties where ponding water is no excluded. Won’t void warranty.

I do have some bubbling on the vertical portion near the terminal strip but dicor says it ok. I have TPO but personally prefers EPDM

Yep. EPDM has the history. TPO is the baby of single-ply membrane. Far to many formulation changes and failures. The Department I’df Defense will NOT use it on government facilities unless it’s 72 mils or greater. .060 mil EPDM or PVC and SBS modified bitumen roofing only. No confidence in it yet. TPO is cheapest single ply so you will see that more and more on these. Physical properties cheap. Less actual waterproofing polymer in it, more filler. Only .24 mils thickness over scrim vs solid .060 mil of the EPDM or PVC. TPO is very rigid which makes it difficult to conform to transitions/angle changes, where as the other are flexible. The company I work with manufactures all three.

My original roof was the thick EPDM.

The parts dept. mistakingly ordered TPO and I just happened to stop in and the techs showed me what they were about to put on.

Glad I caught that before it was installed. It did cause another 4 day delay waiting for the right stuff to be shipped in.

It’s an Adco 41’-43’. Our 5’er is 40’-9”. Its a bit big but I bought it for 1/2 the price of new in box and it was also new just end of season.

If I had to buy another at full price, I’d get the next size down. I think that’s a 38’-41’.
