Outer wheel bearing race turning in hub

I have pulled two wheels from our 2013 FR cardinal and found the outer bearing race is loose in hub and turning with bearing. Who else has found this problem? What are my options besides buying new hubs. These axles and hubs are made by Lippert Components, I called the company and of course I got the run-around, it's my fault they said, I waited over a year before checking and servicing my wheel bearings. I am believing the hubs were machined wrong. Your comments appreciated....

Loctite use to make a substance that we used to insure the outer races were locked into the hubs. It was red just like their thread locker. You can also very carefully prick punch the inner hub bearing seat all the way around and try that along with Loctite if you can't find the bearing locker.

Have the seat where the one race turns "knurled". Take it to a machine shop with the race and they will set you up. Unless of course it was machined way over size. Once its knurled it won't slip anymore.

You could buy a new race to see if maybe the original one was bad. They're only a few bucks.

Retaining Compound - Loctite® - Henkel North America

a retaining compound is what is used to hold bearing races. This of course depends on if the hub has been worn to much. Maybe with a new race and this you will get lucky.

Have to be a pretty small knurling tool to fit inside the hub.

you can sort of knurl it yourself with a good pointed punch. Make a bunch of dimples in it and that will help hold the new race when you drive it in. Been there, done that.
