Replacing the couch in 2017 Cardinal 3825

We are wanting to replace one of the couches on our 2017 Cardinal 3825 with a recliner. The problem is that the slides are raised so it is not a flat surface underneath the couches. Just wondering if anyone has made a modification or found a way around this? If so, can you please post a pic!

My replacement of a double recliner raised the same concerns.

Probably 90% of our recliners framework was positioned ON the raised flooring of the slide. There was enough overhang originally that the whole recliner would tip forward on occasion when people would get off/out of the seat.

The framework allowed that I just ran a 2Ēx2Ē piece of wood across the back of the recliner framework with notches to straddle the frame. I extended the wood far enough out each side of the recliner to secure it to the raised flooring with large wood screws.

One of the reasons why I'd never buy a FL 5er. The raised portion is about 6-8" and not very deep. Much different than the typical 2-3" raised slide floors in many RV's.
It would seem really awkward to set a recliner up there and then use it.

Thats why rear dens offer much better seating alternatives.
