Shut off outside shower

My outside shower is leaking, is there a way to shut off the water to the outside shower that we never ever use?

I capped both the hot & cold water and removed the fixture entirely. We never used the one on our old trailer which is why I just removed it on the new one. Just put it behind the basement wall and will reinstall when we trade. Use the compartment to hold and route the satellite cable out to the connection on the trailer and the dish.
