Question Structural damage

2007 Cardinal Platinum addition
We bought this camper second hand
We noticed water damage in back of fifth wheel
Slight sag in back corner
Moldy smell
source of smell. is it the in the wall, floor, belly pan, or the back section
Any suggestions

If the smell is in the area of the fresh water connection and tank fill I suspect there is a leak in on of the pipes or the tank itself. I would drop the aluminum covering the underside in that area and take a look, it's held on by screws and easy removable. If you think the problem is in the wall you can remove the fill unit and/or take a look on the inside for a carpeted box in the corner that could be removed.

Ugh ~ the most dreaded of RV issues ~ My first thought is I hope you have some sort of insurance (and that it's covered), my second was take out your checkbook. Shiver me timbers ~ argh!

Hope it's something minor and inexpensive.
