Unknown hose in outdoor convince center

We have a used Cardinal 3450 RL. Does anyone know what this clear line with a black cap fitting is on the right side wall? Thanks. david

+1. That's for winterizing. Just put that in your gallon of anti-freeze and turn on your pump.
