Water issues on Cardinal 36 LE

I recently purchased a 2008 Cardinal 36 LE and am impressed with the huge amount of storage and quality of constructions. My water issue is low pressure overall but the main symptom is low cold water pressure on the cold side in the shower and the kitchen sink. The shower has a new hose and shower head. The two lavatories do not exhibit the problems. Does anyone have a complete diagram of the system and any suggestions? The kitchen faucet was also cleaned. Thanks in advance to what will be a great resource.

Campers are notorious for low water pressure. My 92 hitchhiker did not, but every one after that did. Personally I wish they'd reduce the piping size by half if it would hold up. Lol!
