where is antenna amplifier switch?

2015 cardinal model 3825 (his has the front living room). trying to connect to park cable and I have been told I need to turn off the antenna amplifier. I've looked in all the obvious places and cannot find it. does anybody know where this might be? is it true that I have to turn off the over the air antenna amplifier in order to connect to park cable?

normally where your main living area tv is mounted and plugged in to the wall.....coax connection. will be a very small unlabeled button on a wall plate that usually has an led that illuminates (when on) when the button is pushed.

Yes it needs to be off when hooked to cable

My 2015 Grey Wolf has the switch (a very/very small button) next the coax connector for the air/antenna. It's colored such that you need good lighting to spot it. When on, a little green light is displayed. I have no idea about your second question.

Good luck...

I have the CC 38FL which is pretty much the same layout as your Cardinal. The antenna booster is behind the main tv. Not too difficult to get at.

And yup, needs to be switched off.

I have a Cardinal 3450RL. Ours is in the bedroom TV cabinet next to an 12 volt plug.

well after as couple more hours of searching I found it. our model has the living area up front with the large tv. the bedroom is in the back and has the high ceiling. there is a tv mounted on the bedroom wall up by the ceiling. it turns out the antenna switch it at the top of the wall the tv where you have to be a contortionist to push the button or see the light. but I found it so thanks to all your ideas as to where it might be. now does anybody have any idea if any of the designers ever took and passed a course on ergometric design and usability? the next adventure is to determine why the park cable channels still come in with lots of interference? but that is for another day. at least we made progress today!

I've found not all cables are created the ones can have bad ends and I always use a small wrench to barely snug connections....use rg6 type cable. Might also need to change input setting on tv.
