Winterizing

New cardinal 3250rl . Looking to by pass water heater, went in storage area , took off panel, saw white and blue hoses runoff from water heater area, but no relay switch . Am I in the right area.

Most water heater bypass are done with manual valves. You close the inlet and outlet and open the bypass. If I'm reading your post correctly you are looking for an electrical relay?

Does your water panel look like this one in this thread?

If so, the water heater bypass is accomplished via this panel and the "winterize" settings. Download the instructions at the link provided as the winterization process while not hard, has some extra steps.
