Anyone familiar with this unit? I'm having a water system issue. Had it about a week and not ready to take back to the dealer?

I do not have your unit, but we can try to help.

What is your issue?

There is no manual on this but when fresh water tank is to be used, I turn on the pump but can't get any water inside. So I have to empty the tank and water pump has to be running to empty.

Do you know where the winterizing hose is? I bet the valve is set to winterize...IE pulling from the antifreeze inlet. Cheap easy check... Note: it is normally right at the water pump. Mine is under the sink and behind a panel. Deluxe units are outside in the "hose connection area"

If needing to drain the tank for some reason there is a drain on the fresh tank. Normally a white pipe with a screw off cap. Under your rig near fresh water fill port.

that winterizing valve is likely your problem.

X2 on the strainer... even though not likely it can be stopped up... it will be at the pump.
