Had to have the front painted pieces replaced

Hello all
I have a 2013 shasta revere. I noticed some spots on the front that the paint was peeling off. I called forest river knowing my 1 yr warranty ha expired at the beginning of 2014 camping season. I spoke with them and they had me send pictures. They said they would repair at no coat to me. I explained I had already booked several trips for the 2014 season and would be hard pressed to get money back. They put a case together and told me to call back at the end of the camping season. I did that and they repaired my TT at no cost and saved me two months of storage this winter. So my TT was repaired no cost to me and I was very happy with the results.

This was a very good experience and wanted to post a good one instead of the normal bad ones.

Happy camping!!

Great to hear! We'd heard Forest River was pretty good to deal with, which is one of the reasons we went with our Oasis when it was time for us to get bigger.
