New camper arrived
My new Phoenix 2020 27RKSS arrived at dealer yesterday. I was on my way to super trucks to get topper removed and while sitting at the stop light at Hamends crossing I see a Dodge dully pulling a new camper well guess what it was mine what a coincident. Will probably pick it up next week lots to do to to new camper and my truck. I did look at it and sure looks nice even made a change or two to the inside of camper. Later RJD

Nice. At least you won't have to let it sit in your driveway covered in snow for the next 5 months wishing you could use it, like I did when I got mine last year!

Thanks all for the kind words. I most likely will not be able to use it before March as I'm heading out to KCMO on the 18 of Dec to visit my Brother for Christmas and won't be home till Jan 5 and then I take off for a week to go to Diamond Head MS for some Live Steam train operations for a week. If weather breaks I may venture out for a trial run in Feb. Later RJD

I go tomorrow to dealer to have Anderson hitch installed. Then try to get my camper there to have them change out my stained glass window and install in new camper. So much to do. Still unloading old camper  . Later RJD

I thought about the Anderson but went with the Pullrite 2600 Single point hitch instead, 14lbs heavier, made of steel and takes up less space in the bed of the truck and no bucking.

I will suggest the Anderson Jack Blocks for the front landing gear, trailer feels more solid up front with them.

LOL No worries!! I didn't expect anyone else to get that. RJD probably forgot I asked him to share some pictures of his G scale outdoor layout. I model in HO on a 40x15 layout in my basement.
