I have 1000lb round bar WD hitch from Ultra Fab and a single friction sway bar. It was quite windy yesterday when I brought the trailer home (as I'm sure it was for you in Kingston too ... I'm just down the road in Kanata/Ottawa) and there was definitely some sway (enough that my F-150's automatic sway control kicked in ... worked quite well to dampen the sway). I am planning to try adding a second friction bar to see if it helps. If not, I'll look into a Reese dual cam or Equalizer.
Otherwise, I was quite impressed at how effortlessly the F-150 Ecoboost was able to pull the weight of the trailer (7200 lbs unloaded according to the yellow sticker). I hardly noticed it at low speeds. It was noticeable at higher speeds, and the truck felt like it was working above 90 km/hr.
