Quality control

I have a 2018 shasta revere 32bh. The quality of this travel trailer is horrible. Do any other owners of reveres have a similar quality control issue. So far, The dealer has helped 100%, but it is a pain to keep returning.

QC issues are not limited to one particular model or manufacturer. This is a problem within the industry as a whole. But having a dealer that will work with you to rectify the problems you're experiencing is worth gold. If they're helping you stick with them and hopefully you'll get everything taken care of.

So sorry you are having issues.
We had a small quality issue with our rig. I used this statement from Forest River and received 600$ from our dealer. My mantra is.. never hurts to ask.. nicely

Our recreational vehicles go through a detailed inspection before they are shipped to the customer. This systematic Quality Test takes place in a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), a state-of-the-art facility that gives immediate daily feedback to production for quality assurance of every unit manufactured. Housed in an aesthetically pleasing 20,000 square foot complex, the test facility blends many of the old tried-and-true methods of testing diverse types of our RVís with new innovative ways of solving quality issues. All incoming units are appraised for quality of electrical systems, fresh water, holding tanks and numerous other mechanical or visual criteria as they journey down the PDI aisles.

The issues are numerous. Circuit board for furnace. screws not holding, whether to short or not installed where they should be. The table in the bunkhouse would not fit on ledges to make it a bed, distance to great for table. Camp door kitchen struts not installed correctly. One of the windows not closing fully. Access to water pump to winterize, not easily accessed. had to rework panel to access easier. Dealer has been great in repairing, or giving credit to have me repair.
