Shasta Flyte Model 255RS Bunk Model

Hi everyone. We have a Shasta Flyte or Shasta Breeze (in Canada) Model 255RS bunk model, purchased last year. Love our rig. Anyway, I want to remove the top bunk and hoping someone here has done so or has practical advice or experience on how to do so? Pictures would be great. Even a bit of a step by step. I am hoping that once removed, I'll be able to put it back at some point in the future.

Will be following this. It would be nice if the top bunk swung up out of the way when not needed. I would like to use the bottom bunk as a daybed with comfy pillows on the wall as a backrest
