Hello. Just wondering if anybody removed or even if you can remove the bed wardrobe storage at head of bed?

I am not sure if they can be removed.I have to ask why you want to remove them? We use ours.We put a set of 3 drawer shelves in ours. And still have room above them.

Hello. Yes I do agree with you about the closeness of the wardrobe cabinets. I believe that the width of the compartment is beyond a person of average height and width to comfortably sleep in. We are average but I must sleep "stretched out" but the wife can sleep as in a "ball " so it works out of for us. It took some adjustment from the comfort that our home bed provides to the Shasta 25rs bed. As for cabinet modification I suppose it can be done but would be beyond my ability to tackle. Hope it works out for you guys.
