Shasta Phoenix 30BH problems

Hello, Im new to the Forest River Shasta brand, and Ill say it hasnt been a warm introduction. This spring, we ordered a 2020 Shasta Phoenix 30BH 5th wheel. It took about 8 weeks to arrive, 2-4 longer than we were expecting. Brought it home, set it up in the driveway, everything looked great.

ON the first trip, the issues started.

Issues that have been resolved according to dealer, (I dont have it back yet to verify.): Water tank leaked out all the water while traveling, so we arrive at camp with zero potable water. after purchasing 200ft of hose, we were able to get water.

Aux, grey tank has no reading on the fullness indicator.

CD player/ radio does not work, jumbled message on screen.

However, the biggest issue is the main slide. It does not go all the way in. It stops about one foot short and the gears start jumping and grinding. This is s Lippert in frame slide. I have seen the washer repair trick to assist with this issue.

As of right now, the dealer does not have a permanent fix. Lippert stated over the phone to the dealer that it sounds like the rails are put to far apart.

How can this happen on a brand new camper. Is this normal or is this camper a piece of junk.

anybody else having issues with this camper. It is a brand new model this year.
