Shasta Phoenix Window Frames

My 2015 Shasta Phoenix has several window frames cracked all the way through. These are aluminum and all have a straight break. Looks like a saw cut. Some are not cracked all the way through. I believe this came damaged from the factory because there is some adhesive on some of the inside cracks. Any ideas?

Are the "cracks" in each corner and could the adhesive be what was used to seal the glass to the frame?

Pictures?

Window frames are rounded at the corners. No cracks in the corners just on top and sides. The adhesive is on the cracks that are broken all the way through. Not glass adhesive.

Is it a possible seam or factory expansion joint?

Those are seams in the windows. The frames are made from straight pieces of metal that are bent into the shape of the frame so each Window will have a joint.

I thought they might be seams also but some do not go all through the frame. Some are 1/2 inch and then stop. I would not have noticed them if it had not rained hard and water started pouring form the ones all the way through. The biggest thing is that not all windows have the cracks and some are on the inside only and outside only
