Water heater

Hello everyone!!

New to the forum...recently purchased my first TT, 2017 Shasta Oasis 18Bh (Canada) and have a question regarding my water heater. I keep reading about these anodes...and some heaters have them, some don't. I looked and do not see anything that resembles this...does anyone out there know if I have one??

Thanks in advance

What's the brand of the water heater?

Atwood heaters don't have an anode rod, Suburban heaters do.

The Atwood has a smallish plastic plug near the bottom center, and the suburban has a largish metal plug near the bottom center.

Congrats on the purchase. I have a slightly older American cousin to your 18bh. Never really looked into anode or no anode, but I do know that it is pretty zippy on heating up the water in a short time.
