Water pump on Shasta Flyte

My parents just bought a 2006 Shasta Flyer TT. We are out in both our TTs on our first trip. We filled theirs with water. I turned on their water pump and it ran for about 3 seconds then nothing. We were told to look at the pump, but don't know where it is. Can someone tell us where it is located? We called the dealer they bought it from and no one could help us. The person who could help us in the hospital. They have gone 2 days without water.

My husband got them water. There was a valve behind a panel that he switched open. Mom will be happier out here now.
