213hw built in potty gets stuck

Having a helluva time releasing the tank to dump. There aren’t supposed to be any latches.

Will not pull out. Anyone else have this issue?

Are you pulling up on the yellow handle on the bottom of the tank where the grab handle is?

I know because I've forgot to pull the handle a few times.
