A frame tires

I saw one some 13" bias ply tires the wait raining is 1725 lbs which would be a nice cushion. What do people think about a bias ply tire?

there is nothing wrong with a bias ply tire they had every stiff side walls and tend to give a somewhat stiffer ride. With that said for application on a pop up I would think they would be fine.
