A122 By-Pass Valve

My camper is packed for my next trip and I am lazy and don`t want to open it right now in the rain that has not stopped for 40 days.
Does the hot water heater have a by pass valve from the factory? I was thinking about this because I know whats coming shortly(Winter) and I have to winterize the camper soon. I blow the lines and run anti freeze so I was just curious about this. Thanks for any answers....

Most of them come with a bypass valves, or valves. Don't for get to pull the plug on the outside bottom of the water heater and drain it also.

If you search on here for winterize, water heater valve, etc., you will find this gets asked a lot, and is covered well in other post, complete with diagrams.

windrider is right the only thing I have to add is it could be a 3 valve bypass or it could have a single valve bypass .
I also seen on a post not to long ago an "a" series camper that did not have one installed.

My A126 has a 3 way bypass valve system. It's mounted on the piping inside the camper under the driver side dinette seating. Just lift the cover and you will see the three valves. Close the two closest to the heater (just by the inlet and outlet) and open the one that connects the two inlet and outlet pipes.

I haven't done it yet but should be valve perpendicular to the pipe for closed, parallel (inline with) the pipe for open.
