from what I can see in the pictures there is evidence of shoddy construction with staples...

I suggest you do what many of us owners do... fix it with braces and screws...

It may be under warranty, and if you are not very handy with tools or cannot handle this type of repair, then take it in. But be prepared for more shoddy work you will probably not be happy with.

good luck

I rebuilt our dinette on our new 2018 already. Daughter and granddaughter were sleeping on the table bed and the rails for the table ripped out of the supports inside benches. screw tore a 6" gash in the panel under table. 2x2's and some 2x4's...some additional screws and now I can stand on the table when it's down and walk around on it and the rails don't even flex. 194 lbs of old guy.

As others said pickup some angle braces at Home Depot, Lowes and put thing back together. Looks like the panel pulling loose just protects the a/c ducts from storage items, a few brackets will hold it in place.

The air Jack actually pushed the wall forward about 3 inches. I think the thing was too strong for its own good it happened while the camper was sitting dormant. The wood is split in 3 places and is pulled from the back of the camper. I will fix it myself just kind of surprised that it happened. In one of the pictures you can see a screw that missed the stud. I think that's why the damage occurred.

I'd rebuild it using quarter inch and not the flimsy board.

This from side access door, back of camper under the bed. I guess I need to remove the bed plywood top to get at this.
