Add a light inside the fridge?

Has anybody added a light inside a refrgerator that didn't have a light?
Would a battery operated automatic led light work in the cold? The type that senses your presence and turns itself on.

Since the fridge only gets down to about 0ºC (32ºF) most LEDs should work fine. I replaced the incandescent lamp in our fridge with an LED and it's worked fine.

The battery powered unit should work fine in the fridge.

I'd try one of these Motion Sensor LED Stick-Up Lights.

In fact I still have one of the three I bought and never thought of using it in the fridge. Looks like I've got a mod for tomorrow.
