Aframe roof hard to lift??

My A-frame has been in the shop for 1-1/2 months waiting on a new actuator. May be another month before one arrives! How hard is the roof to raise without the motor? I am female and travel alone, so that is a consideration.

I think it's pretty simple. I don't understand why it takes them so long to get a part. 2-1/2 months. Crazy. Watch this link on raising the roof manually. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sour...oWTWuVt44bIbgw

That's crazy. Last fall my dealer had FR drop ship me one in less than a week.

Thanks. Doesn't look hard at all. Going to retrieve it from the dealership and learn how to lift the roof without the motor for now. I think the dealership service dept is fully to blame for the long down time. The service has been horrible!

I got a good price on my A frame trailer but the dealership service dept was one of the worst. Luckily, I do most of my own repairs, but parts have to be ordered.

Sometimes a folding step stool helps if you are under 6 feet tall.
