Backup camera installation

New A-framer here (2019 Rockwood A213HW) and want (need) to install a wireless backup camera. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the Rockwood? I have several wires at the rear of the trailer: Red/Brn/Grn (bundle), single black wire, a bundled pair of white wires, and a ground. Looks like my best location is on the bumper unless someone has a better idea.

Thanks in advance,
D

There are several places, license place, below the center clearance light is popular. Forest River doesn't post wiring diagrams. I always have to test to see which is the 12v. I like the clearance light location because it is central on the trailer and the 12v wiring is handy.

A photo of the rear of the camper is attached. Seems like the spare tire would block too much of the view so I think I'm going to go under the spare tire. Also, does not appear to be 12V (always on) at the rear so I'm going to run a wire to the battery. A separate wire (backup) turns things on.

Thanks for the reply.

How about attaching to the sparetire nut? Most of the cameras are always on using the clearance lights electric. The cameras have a good field of view.

My 2017 has a bumper and thats where i mounted mine. Here's a thought, how about a piece of 2" wide aluminium "L" channel, mounted to the frame below the tire to provide a "shelf" to mount the camera on. Then run your power to the front. I used the zamp socket for power, just got a matching plug on amazon

Mine is a WiFi camera and I had to mount it higher so that I had a steady signal to my iPad in the vehicle. Power for the camera is from the running lights.

I have a Rear View Safety wireless camera and plan to mount it above the center clearance light. What's the best way to tap into that light's power. Should I cut a notch in the light's lens for the power cable -- or run it somewhere else?
