Smile Battery Box & Wheels

I discovered something interesting today. The battery box cover on my Flagstaff T21QBHW has vent holes in the top to permit hydrogen to escape when the battery is charged. The vent holes also permit water to enter when it rains and the battery box fills with water. I drilled holes in the bottom and now the rain water drains out.

Also, I had the wheels balanced today. They were really badly out of balance. Now I know why the sink covers always end up on the floor.

If that stops it, let us know. I put mine on the bed and stuff the microwave with two rolls paper towels to keep the tray in. But sometimes both still wind up on the floor anyway.
