since you don't need a WDH to tow your A-frame, i recommend these type of bike racks:

Towing Rack Hitch Bike Racks | etrailer.com

they allow you to tow a smaller non-WDH trailer and carry bikes.
there are other ones that attach to the hitch drawbar, by clamping to it.

i wanted to use this type but they won't fit on my Equalizer WDH.

or you can use this:

http://www.etrailer.com/Ball-Mounts/Curt/D210.html

this would replace your existing drawbar and allow you to use a standard bike rack with it.

Camping World has a rack for the roof that ties down with straps. No drilling holes in the roof. Has rubber pads that rest on the roof. How well it works, I don't know. I plan on looking at one it if they ever get one in the store but that won't be until spring.Until then, I just put the bikes into the bed of the pick up.

After many trials, we ended up with the Hollywood Tow and Go - Hitch racks, tow 'n go towing hitch rack, bike racks, bicycle carriers, hitch mount racks - Hollywood Racks. This bike rack holds three bikes and is positioned between the car and pop-up. We had to make some minor adjustments to avoid the propane tanks. But they are working great and very stable. Best pricing was through Amazon.com and assembly was easy. Check out the attached photo!

We had a Aliner for 10 years ( hard side A frame ) I used a extended 2'' receive and a bike rack by Danik Industries and it worked great.
