Cassette toilet

Reading the manual for a thetford c402 it suggest adding a fresh water additive for flush(different from toilet fluid). After searching I found it (Thetford Aqua Rinse)turns the flush water a pink color helps with odor. It is only sold in the UK anyone know of something like this sold in the US?

Seems like aqua rinse is sold in European countries. Thetford's web site states some products are specific to certain regions. Might want to contact Thetford for U.S. equivalent.

I never used any additive in the 4 years using this set-up in my Starcraft PUP. Never needed to as the water would run out and need to be refilled in a few days anyhow.

Put some in the cassette if you want, but nothing in the flush water.

I don't use an additive either and for the same reason. Although it is primarily an odorant it also has a lubricant for the seal in the bowl and keeps deposits from forming in bowl. Not necessary but might give you a nice scent and aid seals and bowl.
