Do you see many other A-Frames when you camp?

Our 2nd trip - 2nd park - and both times, we were the only A Frame in the park. I'd say 75% of people who drive by point and make a comment like 'look at that one! cool!'. Both times, we had people approach and ask questions and look inside. I figured being in central Indiana, they'd be all over the place but I guess not, huh???

I have made similar observations. The DW and I were recently in the Great Smoky Mountain national park and Pinery Provincial Park in Canada and there was only one a-frame in each park. Rockwood - GSMNP, Aliner - Pinery.

I went to the Forest River factory today and the rep told me that FR is going to put greater emphasis on the A-frame models.

we camp at least 15 weekends a year, and I would doubt I even see 2 A frames a year.

We don't see many a frames when we go camping. But we shure do a lot of tourers at least 2 per camp out.We get out ten to twelve times in the camping season and then six times in the winter ski season

Interesting camping at TRF there are normally several other AFrames around. But at state parks or RV parks we are normally the only AFrames around. Guess Rennies like them for the easy set up or the fact that there are 3 to 4 thousand campers at TRF makes a different

I was in Smoky mountains Cosby campground recently and saw one Rockwood there but don't usually see a lot of a frames in campgrounds. I've been to three campgrounds this past week and there were no a frames.

AFrames certainly are a small niche of within the niche of folding camper. But I see them occasionally. As one would expect, they are more visible at bigger parks with more open campgrounds where I will often see one or two other AFrames.

I go to a lot of NASCAR and dirt track races throughout the Midwest. I usually always see one or two A-Frames in the campground. I had one two spots down this past weekend at Eldora Speedway in Ohio.

We live 18 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains and own a 2016 Flagstaff T19QBHW we love it. Camp mostly in Cade's Cove and Elkmont. We do have a lot of people that stop and ask about our camper but, we have seen and talked with other A Frame owners that helped us make the decision for our purchase.

Well that's pretty cool!

I'm guessing more and more will start "popping up" as FR ramps up production. See what I did there? I made a funny....

I've only seen 2 ad one of those was an aliner and was packing to leave. He stopped by on the way out and we chatted a bit....they had been on the road a couple of weeks and was headed to another state park.

We've camped a half-dozen times so far in our a frame and last week I saw another one at a campground for the first time. It was an Aliner, but I got so excited!

I was driving not far from home and was behind and then passed a couple pulling their a-frame. I smiled, waved excitedly, and honked as I passed.....then realized I wasn't pulling MY camper.
