For Forest River Rockwood Premier. New, never used, still in factory packaging. This tent was a replacement to the original one I had purchased from dealer. I never put up the new tent. I have moved it in and out of the rv from storage etc., but never put it up. I sold the A122 and kept the tent as I new someone else would want it at a reduced price. These vary in retail price depending on the relationship with your dealer you have. My original one I paid over $900 with tax. This tent is in excellent condition. The storage bag has some small holes in it from moving it around, but this has not affected the contents as they are still packaged in original plastic.
