Dometic Duo-Therm Coolcat Heatpump will not heat or cool

I've posted about something similar before. On the last trip discovered that the fan will run in the unit but it will neither cool nor heat.

I have the duo therm Heatpump service manual in PDF and there seem to be a few things I can chase down myself before bringing it in for a service call. I'm going to begin with the fuse in the control board/box. Will keep this threat updated with what I find.

Very interested in hearing from anyone who did have service in their coolcat - what were the symptoms they were experiencing? What was the service dept diagnosis? And what did they end up doing to repair at approx what cost?

Thanks and cheers.
