Dish network tailgater if I was to BUY a system.

I have dish network at home so I use the spare receiver in my shop and a take off dish I got from a direct tv installer.
Then mounted it on a halogen work light stand.

You'll like the tailgater . Very simple to use.
You only pay as you go if you want.
And if you have a work shop you can use it in there during the winter months.

We have a separate satellite receiver that stays in the trailer and a Dish antenna mounted on a pole set in concrete we hook up when at home so the receiver can be updated. I would normally have to unhook and unbolt the satellite dish and stow in trailer. Just got another Dish antenna from our installer to carry with us so all we have to do when we take the camper is unhook the shore power, Dish cable and put the steps in and go, leaving the other satellite antenna hooked to the pole.

I am looking forward to getting it. In addition to camping, I hunt. We have never found a way to watch college football at our hunting camp. Then, we have a pontoon boat. I have read that the tail gator works pretty good on the boat as well. I can already feel a pontoon/football/grillin' party comin'.

It'll work fine as long as your anchored up.

Big Brown left it on my front porch yesterday. I hooked it up, took the antenna outside to a place where the Dish Network installer said my big dish couldn't go do to all the trees, powered everything up...TV! It took about 45 mins to set it up and get it authorized, but all in all it wasn't a big deal. I like it.
