Fantastic Vent - Great Customer Service

Back in May I inquired about my vent cover being crooked, when opened.

I finally got around and called Fantastic about this problem to ask what I could do to correct it. The service rep hadn't seen this problem before; but, after she talked to their engineer, yes it was a problem that sometimes happens. Solution, they are shipping me a new updated replacement lid. I'm very impressed with their customer service.

A couple of years ago a friend of mine had his Fantastic Fan quit on him. He asked me to look at it and I found a burnt component on the circuit board. He called Fantastic to see what a new board would cost. Wound up they sent him a new board free of charge. Really surprising since he bought the 5er used and the fan was already installed.

Hmm. Ours has always been Crooked. I just figured "that's the way they were ". Have to look into that.

Great service, nice folks...

Had an issue as well. My fan quit running so being the handyman I am, I pulled the entire unit and benchtested the motor, which was kaput. Keep in mind that this is a new (less than one year old unit). The motor is sealed with no access (case welded together) so I called them and was sent a new one, arrived in less than a week with a RA number. I returned the defective one and they reimbursed me for the ship cost of the defective unit.

I'll give them 4 stars. It should not have been defective in the first place but they did step up with a replacement. The warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase (of the RV) btw.

fantastic fan

I too had an issue with the controller on my fantastic fan. I called and the lady was quite helpful. She sent me a new controller, and I was told to just discard the old one. GREAT SERVICE !!!
